Trusted Allied Health & Physiotherapy Since 1994

For more than three decades, Health on High has supported the Coffs Harbour community with evidence-based allied health care. From our beginnings in 1994 to the modern clinic we operate today, our team is committed to helping people recover or manage their condition with comfort and confidence.

Skills Strengthened by Passion

Care Shaped Around You

At Health on High, care is about more than training and qualifications. Every practitioner has chosen their field of practice because it inspires them, and that passion shows in the way they work with patients every day. They also collaborate closely across disciplines, so you benefit from a team that shares knowledge and works together to deliver the best outcomes.

Built on Passion, Guided by Evidence

From Coffs Physio & Backcare to the Health on High Hub

Health on High began in 1994 when physiotherapist Faye Wiffen founded Coffs Physiotherapy & Backcare with a special focus on upper limb and shoulder care. What started as a single practice has grown into a collaborative allied health hub, now home to well-known local businesses including Coffs Physiotherapy & Backcare, Coffs Harbour Shoulder & Hand Therapy, Coffs Harbour Exercise Physiology, NeuroABLE Physiotherapy, Coffs Coast Speech Pathology and Coffs Coast Occupational Therapy. Together, these trusted names form part of Health on High, working under one roof to provide coordinated allied health care for the community.

Our growth has always been guided by a philosophy of uncovering root causes, not just treating symptoms. That is why generations of local families continue to trust Health on High for their care.

What Patients Say About Us

From overcoming a significant injury to simply moving with greater ease, our patients’ stories highlight the lasting benefits of personalised, evidence-based care delivered by a team dedicated to understanding your goals and helping you to achieve them.

I have just completed post knee replacement Physiotherapy at Health on high. The staff, from reception to the trained personnel were engaging, friendly and above all very professional and explained the ensuing treatment fully and the expected outcomes. I cannot recommend Health on High strongly enough for any post operative Physiotherapy.

Anthony Marzari

I have been attending this practice for sometime and the professional knowledge and courtesy is amazing! Highly recommend.

Went and saw for my hand, Fey was unreal. I had seen others about my hand but didnt receive anywhere near as much knowledge as I got by going here. Cant recommend enough.

Ricki Brideoake

Erin was so fantastic at helping my 20yo daughter who has autism and hates exercise feel totally at ease. Erin has motivated her in 1 session to want to exercise more and go back weekly. I highly recommend booking into exercise physiology with this business and especially with Erin.
