Assessment, Programs & Delivery

How We Assist With Improving Strength & Health

Each one of our consultations begin with a thorough assessment to understand your goals, medical history and physical abilities. From there, our exercise physiologists develop an individualised program. When a plan is put in place it is continuously monitored and adjusted to support progress or a change in circumstances. Some examples we provide include:
Ongoing monitoring ensures your program adapts as you progress, supporting faster recovery, improved strength, balance and confidence, reduced risk of falls or injury, better chronic condition management and enhanced sports performance.

I have just completed post knee replacement Physiotherapy at Health on high. The staff, from reception to the trained personnel were engaging, friendly and above all very professional and explained the ensuing treatment fully and the expected outcomes. I cannot recommend Health on High strongly enough for any post operative Physiotherapy.
